Cancellation Policy
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • If you cancel or no-call/no-show, the deposit is forfeited. • If you reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, a $5 late fee will be applied. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. • No-Call / No-Show Policy: – 1st no-call/no-show: $10 additional booking fee plus 50% of the service total must be paid before rebooking. – 2nd no-call/no-show: You will no longer be able to book with me. • After-hours appointments require a $50 booking fee. •All appointments need confirmation and unconfirmed slots may be released
